NEW YEAR, NEW ME.
Well, not quite y’all. You’re still the same you. But I know with New Years resolutions comes lots of pressure to “get in shape”, and “lose weight”, but is that really how it’s supposed to be? Take the DIET out of eating, and figure out what your body really needs!
From bed ridden to abundant energy, what happened to snap me out of the mindset of needing to be a certain weight/size, and how I now view what I put in my mouth as a determination of wellness – or illness!
Is what you’re doing serving your body to help keep it healthy and well? Or is it on the fast track to illness, disease, and YUCK? When you start viewing your habits as health living and not just a number on a scale or your pant size, it takes on a whole new meaning- and is more motivating. Get out of that mindset of “dieting” for aesthetics, and do it for HEALTH.
